Eating unhealthy doesn’t seem like it’s hurting your body when you’re young but over time chronically consuming fast food, drinking soda, coffee, dessert or any other food that’s high in saturated fat and cholesterol will block your arteries and decrease the flow of blood in your body. Less blood flow in your body will affect the size of your penis.

If you’ve not been eating the best that you could eat over the last few years of your life you can reverse this course by eating more eggs, fish and vegetables because these foods have vasolidators in them. What is a vasolidator? It’s a substance that works to relax the smooth muscles of the penis that makes up the blood vessel wall which means an increase in blood flow to your penis. More blood flow means that you will have a longer, thicker erection and best of all you will have more sexual stamina in bed.

You should also focus on cutting back on the amount of caffeinated drinks that you consume every day and drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.

The Right Diet

Eating healthy doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy a burger and fries every once in a while, just don’t eat unhealthy every, single day. It’s always best to eat fast food or junk food in moderation and make the conscious decision to eat healthy as much as possible.

Vegetables like broccoli, carrots and sweet potatoes have essential vitamins and nutrients that your body needs as well. If you find yourself unable to eat vegetables every day try juicing them and drinking them on the go.

It’s also important to take a multi-vitamin every day to make up for the vitamins that you’re body isn’t getting and you should also consider taking a fiber supplement as well too because regular, normal “movements” will also help to improve your overall health and even your sex life.

Bad Habits

If you’re a smoker you should seriously consider quitting smoking as soon as possible. Smoking can decrease your penis size and adversely affect your health over time. You should also only drink alcohol in moderation because excessive amounts of alcohol can also decrease penis size as well.
